Following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) our shipments follow a three-level safety protocol:

The staff temperature is taken at the beginning and end of each shift. The staff works with approved gloves and masks in separate areas. All work material and tables are disinfected daily.
<h3>Delivery Staff</h3>
The shipment will be deposited at the customer’s door, the delivery person will call and take the maximum distance possible, at least 1m. In addition, we distribute disposable gloves to avoid contact with doorbells, lifts, etc…
<h3>Customer</h3>
It will no longer be necessary to sign in at the delivery person terminal, it will be enough to indicate the ID card number.

How can I cancel my order?

Siguiendo las recomendaciones de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) nuestros envíos siguen un protocolo de seguridad a tres niveles:

Se toma la temperatura del personal al comienzo y al final de cada turno. Se trabaja con guantes y mascarillas homologados en zonas separadas. Se desinfecta todo el material de trabajo y las mesas de forma diaria.

Se depositará el envío en la puerta del destinatario, el repartidor llamará y tomará la máxima distancia posible, al menos 1m. Además, se distribuyen guantes desechables para evitar contacto con timbres, ascensores, etc…

Ya no será necesario firmar en el terminal del repartidor, bastará con indicar el número de DNI.
